Banana is the fruit that has come to give you health and power. It is a perfect fruit which can change your life. You can use it in different foods and drinks anytime and anywhere. If you want to wean your baby it is the best and rich/perfect food for your baby, if you want a quick energy drink for yourself then mix milk with banana blend it, your energy drink is ready. It is a perfect fruit for parties and picnics as well that is easy to peel and eat and doesn’t even damage your hands and feet. It is easy to use. Other than that due to nutrients, it has a special place among fruits. It is rich in potassium; due to that, it prevents many diseases. Eliminates the iodine deficiency, strengthens the muscles. It has more solid nutrients and less water.

It is not wrong if we call it the super fruit of potassium. Banana helps to lower
